Assign weekly conditions from the graph slope between the two most recent weeks with data, not from stat volume alone.

| Flat | Emergency | Unchanged vs prior week |
| Going down slightly | Emergency | 0% to -25% vs prior week |
| Going down steeply | Danger | -25% to -50% vs prior week |
| Going down steeply | Non-Existence | ≤ -50% vs prior week (subset of steep decline) |
Power is assigned from sustained ultra-high production over multiple weeks (see Condition by trend on stat graphs), not from a single week's slope.
